Description

A device EBI-A is a miniature temperature or temperature and pressure recorder (a thermograph and a barograph), powered from a built in long lasting lithium battery. The recorder is distinguished by a record-breaking resistance to temperatures in the scope -40...+140 °C (-50...+400 °C in a thermal barrier) and a high leakproofness IP 68. The device uses for measurement data from a temperature sensor Pt-1000 and from a ceramic pressure sensor.

The recorder is offered in many versions:

EBI-85-A - with an internal sensor of a scope -40...+85 °C (also in a version Ex),
EBI-125-A - with an internal sensor of a scope -40...+140 °C,
EBI-125-A-EM - with different types of outside needle sensors,
EBI-125-A-E-OF - with an outside sensor of scope -50...+400 °C,
EBI-A-PT - with two sensors: pressure and temperature (also in a version Ex).

EBI-A is a wireless device and fully autonomous (during registry it is not connected to a computer). Memory programming, its reading and entry presentation is performed using a magnetic connection through a special interface EBI-AE 2000 and a port RS 232 to a PC computer, using a simple in use program in Polish language for Win 3.11/95/98 - WINLOG PL (WINFWERT PL, WINDRUCK PL).

Applying

The recorder EBI-A is designed for documentation of technological processes run in the production plants, especially in food industry (meat). It can be used for registry of climate parameter during transport of goods sensitive to temperature. It is particularly useful for complying with the requirements of directives applied in the food industry.
