Thermometer LB-471T is designed for temperature measurement of any
media. The thermometer uses an outside temperature
sensor Pt-100 (or upon request Pt-1000) attached using four or two
cables. The panel is a stationary device of small size, network
powered. Basing on the knowledge of non-linear sensor characteristics
and digital calibration data stored during calibration in the device
memory the microprocessor built in the device calculates the actual
measurement results of relative humidity and temperature. The results
are sent out from the device in a digital form to a
supervisory system of the data collection.
The device is equipped with a digital current interface of time courses analogous with RS232C standard. The interface uses two cable connection where polarity of interface cable attachment is optional (maximum interface cable length is 2km). The output interface line is galvanicaly isolated from the measurement circuit. By using the device the interface can be attached to any supervisory system i.e. climate regulator LB-722, concentrator LB-731 (creating a monitoring system), panel LB-755, converter LB-486 or (by using a converter LB-371), to interface RS232C of any computer. It allows on remote and automatic measurement data collection.
The device does not have any mechanical regulation elements (i.e.: potentiometers). The calibration of the device is performed by sending calibration data obtained in the model climate conditions through a digital interface to the non-volatile memory of the device. It guarantees comfort and high calibration accuracy as well as stability of the device's meteorological parameters in time.
The panel LB-471T is equipped with a big easy to read LED display, which shows current temperature results. The panel is locked in a casing accommodated for assembly on a bus bar TS35. Those panels along with a series of panels LB-471P are designed for creating any tables displaying many measurement results in industrial conditions, after placing an adequate set of those devices in an additional casing with TS35 slats. Typical usage includes visualisation and monitoring of technological parameters during milk pasteurisation process in a dairy.
Each thermometer LB-471T with a temperature sensor can have an individual calibration certificate issued by the LAB-EL Calibration Laboratory.
