Thermometer LB-710DT with a built in LCD display is designed for
measurement of air temperature or different mediums. It is especially
recommended for places where there is high humidity (i.e. freezers,
coolers) since it is possible to attach it with an outside sensor
resistant to humidity influence.
The device in a standard version has an inside sensor for temperature measurement (thermometric resistor Pt1000). Optionally, the outside sensor is connected with a meter using a cable of 1...10 m in length (depending on user requirements). In a version with an outside temperature sensor the device is designed for temperature measurement of different mediums in the scope -100...+200°C or (in "E" version) in the scope -200...+550°C according to information provided in technical data "extensions".
It is a stationary device of small size powered from an outside power supply. It is characterised by modern construction based on efficient and energy saving microprocessor servo. Basing on the knowledge of non-linear temperature sensor characteristics and digital calibration data stored during calibration in the device memory the microprocessor built in the device calculates the actual temperature measurement results.
The following measurement results are presented on a big easy to read LCD display and send out from the device through an interface approximately every 2 seconds. The output interface except from data transmission is also used for thermometer power supply – using for this purpose two cable line (i.e. telephone type) where polarity of attaching the interface cables is random.
The device can be attached to any supervisory system i.e. climate regulator LB-722, concentrator LB-731 (creating a monitoring system), panel LB-755, converter LB-486 or (using a converter LB-371) to an interface RS232C of any computer. It allows on remote and automatic collection of measurement data.
The device does not have any mechanical regulation elements (i.e.: potentiometers). The calibration of the device is performed by sending calibration data obtained in the model climate conditions through a digital interface to the non-volatile memory of the device. It guarantees comfort and high calibration accuracy as well as stability of the device's meteorological parameters in time.
Each thermometer can have an individual calibration certificate issued by the LAB-EL Calibration Laboratory.TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT | ||
